Mr. Sriyono is currently President Director of Mats Logistics. He is one of the founders and the major shareholder of the company as well. His entrepreneurship, courage, wide network, leadership and business experience have brought Mats Logistic to the current position as one of the key player in the logistics industry nationwide.

Before founding Mats Logistics in 1990, Mr Sriyono spent more than 8 years in the business development team of Neptune Orient Lines. During the past 17 years, he has been deeply involved in helping, initiating and improving the supply chain and logistics processes of our key customers, dramatically improving their efficiency & productivity and reduce logistics cost by up to 30% Hisleading advocate for using IT solution approach for logistics solution, has been broadly admired by the industry players.

Mr Sriyono has initiated and developed strategic partnership with BULOG (a state-owned enterprise) for managing and operating public warehouse in Bali. To capture the so unique 'retail customers' in Bali region, Mr Sriyono also set-up strategic partnership with Cardig, a major air freight forwarder, in airfreight management that emphasizing in providing guaranteed lead-time. He is also registered as one of the frequent quest speaker in POLTEK POS, Bandung in logistics and supply chain field.

Mr. Sutikjo joined Mats Logistics in 1992. Currently, he is one of the key staffers with the longest years of service to the company. He has been rotated to various operational aspects of the company. His long stay in the company has built his personal confidence in selling Mats Logistics’ services successfully as a business development director. His ability to attract new customers is one of his strong points. Securing new accounts as well as building better relationships with current accounts are his main duties. While working in the daytime, he is also pursuing his business degree at LPPM Jakarta, a reputable management institution in Jakarta.

Mr. Iman Harsana joined Mats Logistic in 2002. Before joining the company, he spent approximately 6 years at APL, a global shipping and logistic company. Early this year, he was promoted as the business support director at the Jakarta head office. His main duties for the company are to manage improvement of nationwide operations and build up a better image of our customer service quality, both for internal and external customers. Before his current position he was in charge of managing our warehouse facility in Bali, a new joint operation project with BULOG. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from STIE Jakarta. 

Mr. Arief Wijaya joined the company in 2000. In his current position as IT manager, he is responsible for developing a world-class information system and infrastructure for Mats logistics in our effort to be a leading logistic company. IT system is one of Mats Logistics top priorities, as we strongly believe it will be our long-term competitive advantage. Therefore, Mr. Arief's role is very critical for Mats Logistics’ success. He graduated from STT Telkom Malang and currently is pursuing his business degree at LPPM, a reputable management institution in Jakarta.
